Why we work with teams through change:

Organizational restructuring does not only impact reporting lines. It changes relationships, identity, influence, expectations and the way decisions are made. Our systemic approach looks at the team as a whole and helps leaders understand how organizational change is affecting the way people collaborate, communicate and perform. Our work focuses on helping leadership and wider teams have the conversations they often struggle to have themselves, particularly around alignment, relationships, communication, culture, ownership and performance.

We bring a combination of organizational development, systemic team coaching, leadership work, and hands-on experience with a variety of clients: from non-profits to complex, multicultural organizations.

  • Luba Diasamidze, PhD is an executive and team coach. She’s passionate about helping global and local teams to go beyond in performance by reaching alignment, co-creating inclusive and safe team culture, improving communication and transforming their mindset and behaviors. Her role is to be a catalyst, helping a team have a meaningful conversation they cannot have themselves. Her clients come from a broad range of industries – education, IT, manufacturing, automotive, GameDev, retail, supply chain, etc.

Maria Pastorelli, PCC, ODCP

Global Impact Teams Co-Founder and Managing Partner

  • Maria is an experienced executive and team coach, cross-cultural facilitator, and keynote speaker based in Shanghai, China, for the past 15 years. She is dedicated to helping international leaders and teams find new ways to work better together in globally distributed environments to improve both performance and engagement.

    She is fluent in Italian, English, and Chinese, and she also passionately advocates for women by leading the Global Women Entrepreneurs Network community and supporting local initiatives like Mentor Walks Shanghai.
